Confusion regarding Time Dilation and related Thought exper

Meine Frage:
Ich lese gerade über Relativitätsthoerie und Time Dilation, nur weil das mich interssiert, kein Studium und nichts, ich werde in English shcrieben, weil ich dabei mich besser ausdrücken kann, aber geschriebene Deutsch kann ich sehr gut verstehen.

I started with the Topic of Time Dilation, and it lead me to lots of confusion, I read that typical thought experiment of light clocks.
The confusion arose, when I thought about the situation, for me I interpreted the light clock example as follows.

Time Dilation phenomena is very similar to the situation where two Persons defining the length of Unit of Time (seconds) differently.

So Person A, defines the second as we know it normally, so if his clock ticks 5 times, this means 5 Seconds have elapsed.

Person B, defines the Second as the equivalent of two seconds that we know, So if his clock ticks 5 times, it is for us 10 Seconds.

In that I see nothing special, it is just a matter of definition, so if we are having an absolute reference, for the Unit of time, then Time will always elapse at the same pace,

And if time travel is possible, is time a Property for every Matter, where each Matter has it's own Value of time, or is Time a Property with one Value shared among all Matters in Space,.....like if time travel is possible, and a Matter travels in time, will it travel on its own, or does all existing Matter in that Universe travel along with it.
Wondering if every matter has its own Time Track, or if all Matter travel on the same time track.
